The ground rules for using Neon Edge: what the art is, what you can do with the prompts, and how the affiliate links work.
Last updated 12 October 2026Who runs this site
Neon Edge (neonedge.art) is an independent site run from the Isle of Man. In these terms, “Neon Edge”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this site.
To get in touch, use the contact page.
Using this site
By using neonedge.art you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
You agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
The artwork is AI-generated
Every image on Neon Edge is made with AI image generators. Each artwork page names the tool and model used for that piece, and pins on Pinterest carry Pinterest’s AI label.
In many places, including the United States, images generated purely by AI may not be protected by copyright. Neon Edge does not claim exclusive ownership of the images and does not sell licences for them.
The images are original creations. They aren’t photos of real people, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended. If you think an image looks like you or someone you represent, see Reporting a rights issue.
Prompts and remixes
Artwork pages share the prompt and settings used, plus a remix builder that rewrites the prompt with different options. These are starting points. AI tools give different results each time, so you won’t get the same image back.
When you use a prompt:
- You’re responsible for what you create and how you use it.
- Follow the terms of whichever AI tool you use, including its rules on commercial use.
- Don’t add living artists’ names, real people, or other people’s characters, logos or brands to imitate their work.
Wallpapers
Where a phone wallpaper is offered, you can download it free for your own personal use, such as your lock screen or home screen.
Please don’t resell wallpapers, bundle them into products, or present them as your own work.
The site’s own content
The Neon Edge name and logo, the site’s design and code, and the written text on the site (descriptions, guides and page copy) belong to Neon Edge. Please don’t copy them wholesale or use the Neon Edge name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
You’re welcome to share links to any page and to pin our pins on Pinterest.
Affiliate links
Neon Edge is an independent Higgsfield affiliate. If you sign up to Higgsfield through a link on this site, Neon Edge may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Affiliate links are marked wherever they appear. Neon Edge isn’t owned, run or endorsed by Higgsfield, and Higgsfield is a trademark of its owner. Prices, offers and features on Higgsfield are set by Higgsfield and can change at any time.
The full details are on the affiliate disclosure page.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, including Higgsfield and Pinterest. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and Neon Edge isn’t responsible for their content, products or how they handle your data. Signing up to a third-party service is an agreement between you and that service.
How this site handles your data is covered in the privacy notice.
Reporting a rights issue
If you believe something on Neon Edge infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, or resembles you or someone you represent, please tell us through the contact page. Include:
- the page or image you’re concerned about
- what the issue is and what rights you hold
- how to reach you
We’ll review every report and remove or change content where that’s the right outcome.
No guarantees
Neon Edge is provided as it is, for general interest and inspiration. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or that a prompt will produce any particular result.
To the extent the law allows, Neon Edge isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, the prompts, or third-party services you reach through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, and nothing takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. If you live somewhere else, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
